About Intake Manager

Most AI in hiring is pointed at the science: screening, scoring, ranking, matching, automating the steps. All of it runs after someone has applied. Downstream tooling cannot solve an upstream problem.

Almost none of it is pointed at what comes before, when a high performer with options reads the advert or recruiter outreach and decides whether to enter at all. That part is the art, the art of translating a static list of requirements into a dynamic opportunity narrative.

The job description is the source code. If that is weak, weak outreach follows on from it. Intake Manager is the art. It reads job descriptions the way high performers read them, and shows what the document selects for.
